Deadline for abstracts 10 June 2007

ABSTRACT PREPARATION

250 word - abstracts must be prepared using the conference abstract template available HERE and send by e-mail to the following address: oms07 <at> na.imm.cnr.it  
Abstracts not prepared using the conference abstract template will not be considered. The preferred topic has to be clearly indicated. Submitted abstracts are expected to present original works and new results

ABSTRACT BOOK

The list of accepted abstracts will be available at the Conference web site by June 30^th

The accepted abstracts will be published on the CONFERENCE ABSTRACT BOOK
 

PUBLICATION

The authors can submit a manuscript of the accepted abstract at latest during the Conference. After peer review process the accepted manuscripts will be published on a special issue of Journal of Optics A: Pure and Applied Optics.
 

PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

-ORAL: All oral presentations will be projected electronically and pre-loaded on conference computers (windows XP OS). Presentations should be given by the use of MS Powerpoint (overhead projection is possible after announced request). You are kindly requested to avoid bringing your individual laptop computers to save time between the presentations. If you can’t send your presentation before of the conference, data transfer is possible by USB sticks and CD-ROM 10 min before the beginning of your session. A computer will be available to check your individual presentation before it will be presented to the audience

-POSTER: We recommend that you use the A0 format (84.1 cm wide by 118.9 cm tall). Equipment to fix the posters on the boards will be provided at the venue. We would be grateful to you if you could send us a pdf version of your poster
